Note: Sorry this has taken so long to implement. Currently dealing with real life issues such as redundancy from my current job.
Changelog:
-[BUG FIX] Player's can now use mod shops again (pay and sprays will still ban)
-[BUG FIX] Licenses are fixed
-[BUG FIX] Ranks have been fixed [already implemented]
-[BUG FIX] Fixed wrong amount of cash being displayed for Maverick license. It's 100K
-[BUG FIX] You are now able to remove the banasuit
-[BUG FIX] Numerous spelling errors.
-Added The Veteran Hat (see inventory) & Version with no monical
-Mapping Update: We can now accept maps with "custom textures". We highly suggest you use "Texture Studio (http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=582490)" on samp forum.
-By Popular Demand Lost Cargo Has Returned With Improvements!
-Removed: /santahat /santahat2 /bananasuit /firemask /witchat to be replaced by a different inventory system. Use /inventory -> Achievements > and click!
-[SALE] All Sports Cars (Rodeo) are 10% OFF! [Sale will end Nov 1st]
-[SALE] All Cival Carss are 10% OFF! [Sale will end Nov 1st]
-[VIP Level 3] Have a better chance to receive rarer items in Lost Cargo. VIP 1/2 have the same chance as a non-vip
-[VIP Level 2 and 3] The VIP Duel arenas has been implemented
-Added Strip Club to the VIP Menu
-Added PL Raceway to the VIP Menu
-Your owned vehicles will no longer be despawned on spawn. Unless you set it in the /mycar menu. The despawning feature may be readded if issues occur
- Added a new VIP Level. "PL Sponsor" which has more features! (not fully implemented yet)
- /haydz now does something else
- Nevada license reward nerfed to 5m or RCBaron
- Ever so often, a flight will have a higher demand from it's passengers. During that ingame 24 hours you will earn more money from that mission type. Depending on the mission type, the amount the bonus is varied. Lower paid mission will normally yield bigger bonuses.

Glad to see the update finally rolled out. I understand that your job is crucial to keep PL running, but nonetheless, keep up the good work.

YES! YES! YES! How many years we were waiting to implement PL Raceway into VIP menu? Like 2-3? Fun fact : Why is that happening after I left? Concidence? I don't think so ::)

i think they're more of a fun thing to do now rather than something you do to earn a lot of money quick
