Small changes an additions update Semptember 14th - 2016

But i have a doubt about the old "server out" problem:

My last login was at 09/05. The server was taken down at 09/11, so, it passed 6 days. If the server came back when the after the 09/19 will my stuff get deleted?
Sadly, this is the third time that we front this situation, and the same question: Will the timer stop counting at the server?
