-Fixed the /jail timer. So you will no longer be re-released after an admin unjails you
-Chances of Ricardo winning the lotto slashed [1/302 chance now] although his number will remain 151 and the maximum lotto number is 150
-Rhinofight re-set to vip 3's only!
-You now get a bonus doing Nevada missions if you have the license
