Server Changelog:
-Reworked fuel truck class (now gives 2 score per mission and has multi-unload missions)
-Reworked rescue class (some missions now require you to transport survivors to the nearest hospital, missions also give an estimated location of the victim)
-Players can no longer request names over 20 charachters, sa-mp doesn’t allow longer names anyways
-Fixed mission finished message saying wrong pickup location
-Estimated location question mark disappears when dying, doing /s or when survivor is picked up
-Survivor pickup now gets removed when the mission is finished and not just when mission is ended via /s or /stopwork
-Hopefully fixed rescue mission pickup displaying bank messages
-Fixed a bug where you could crash the server using notepad
-Removed VC and LC dealerships
-Removed VC and LC teleport locations
-Removed VC and LC from /getprice
-Removed VC and LC houses (if you find one, let me know)
-Removed the lost cargo from LC and VC

•Added functionality to setrank via /p.
•Going afk while on water will no longer avoid you from going afk   
•Live textdraw showing distance to LC, only show during time distance is shown
•Make lost cargo disable-able in /p

With VC and LC being added, it creates a lot of opportunities for more mission variations, especially land missions like taxi, bus, trucking, and also skimmers and rescue missions.

However, after more than 10 years, mission types haven't had massive changes. Certainly new islands and checkpoints do spice things up a bit, but the fundamental part of the server has been untouched for years. Even the new fuel trucker class is essentially the same as normal trucking.
In my honest opinion, I wouldn't mind waiting a few months more if that means more new and revamped features, such as new work classes like boating and Uber, and also revamped features like rescue, pizzaboy/courier and sky diver missions.

And if taxi and bus missions start to be logged and have the payouts increased, they would get popular easily. They at the moment are now pretty much abandoned and left to rot.

I personally love the update and really enjoy playing, even tho I don't have much time on my hands. I think the last finishing touch that needs to be added is updating the PL Webmap with the new islands. And even if it's possible, to integrate the PL Webmap into a mini-map mod or something similar. I'm quite having trouble navigating arround VC and LC (guess who didn't play GTA VC and LC  ::))

The update has been out for a couple days at this point and looking for some honest feedback.
I know it's been a long time coming and I haven't been giving it the full attention I could have, and I appreciate you guys greatly for sticking through with me during the wild year 2020 was. Opening the floodgates on Sunday was super exciting seeing you guys swarm the server!
I know the update isn't totally polished and there's a master bug report for the update HERE.
With the major part of this expanded PL finished, I can put in more time to other stuff I have planned for the server, like a new mission class rolling out soon. ;)

Server Changelog:
-Updated server to 0.3.DL, download link to the client and other necessary files posted HERE.
-Added Liberty City to the west of San Andreas.
-Added Vice City to the east of San Andreas.
-Added six new interiors: Ryder’s house, Michelle’s Room, LS Atrium, Colonel Furhberger's house, shitty motel, and doughnut shop.
-Added Esplanade North Pier to trucker loading points.
-Added dealerships of each type across Vice City and Liberty City.
-Added two new modification shops, one in Portland Docks and one in Little Havana.
-Added map icons to dealerships. Blue car for cars, airplane for aircraft, and an anchor for boats.
-Added helicopter missions across Vice City.
-Added two new radio stations, WFMU and Smooth Jazz.

Update Notes:
-Mission ranges are to be modified in the next update.
-There are several buildings in Liberty City with missing roofs and some holes in the map which were not originally accessible by the player in GTAIII. These will be patched in an upcoming update.
-You may encounter a brief minor lag while new areas load in, these maps are not yet optimized and will be worked on over the course of the next few updates.
-The landmass north of Liberty City will be cut and re-designed in the next update.
