[Notice]
- Licenses are being completely re-worked . Test route needs to be added and we're good to go. The original prizes will remain and so will the licenses provided. New licenses are a possibility in the future. Although to coincide with the Halloween update, they may probably will not be implemented in time. But they are coming!
[General Server]
- Removed Devon Island from Pizza missions due to public vote
- Added Pizza missions to: Palomino Creek, Montgomery.
- Increased Pizza Missions Pay
- Added many missions for Shamal, Military, Cargo and Skimmer missions to various unused islands. [Thanks to shooter and Serbian]
- The sherman dam airport is now finally functional and will have missions
[Vips]
- Added Helmets for vips 3 and above
- Added Sandstorm to VIP weathers list
- Coffin object added for Vips 3 and above
- Orange name color added for all vips
[Event]
- Halloween event started. San fierro, Los Santos and Las venturas has had a spooky update.
-[new] A mass murderer has been going around San Andreas and murdered innocent people. The local police department need help locating the bodies. Find 20 bodybags to receive a special limited time only reward, as well as some other goodies.
Event Will End November 5th and you will no longer be able to complete the event
[Bugs Fixes]
- Fixed various spelling bugs
- Fixed server bug where you can /respawn in a mission to cancel it for free
[Bugs]
- Lost cargo bug has not been fixed as the problem cannot be found. Therefor it will not be re-added into this update
-[new]Courier spawn menu is bugged, fixed already for next update.

The event will take place in the three major cities as stated by Aaron in the original post. This can easily change so it isn't 100% confirmed unless recited by Aaron himself. As for your last question; the term T.B.A. is short for "to be announced", as in the actual date is still to be decided upon.

You have to find one special objects.It is same like like finding lost cargo but normally we have to find 25 such objects to get our gift.

I don't remember the licenses much well, but i have Dodo's and Shammal's one.
You will need to have the licenses to fly these planes or will be needed for buy it?

Licenses in PL are to give bonus after completing a mission and it also gives a gift after you complete the test successfully with 95% or above. ;)
